Consumer Voice Submits Comments on Proposed Adult Protective Services Guidelines

Consumer Voice has submitted comments on proposed Adult Protective Services (APS) guidelines developed by the Administration for Community Living (ACL). As you may know, states' Adult Protective Services (APS) systems play a critical role in addressing the abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation faced by older adults and adults with disabilities.
