New Podcast Episode on the Updated CMS Visitation Guidance

On November 12, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued updated Nursing Home Visitation Guidance. Because of the high rates of vaccination among residents and the new vaccine requirement for staff, as well as the reduced number of new COVID-19 cases each week, visitation is now allowed at all times for all residents, this includes indoor visitation.

In this episode of the Pursuing Quality Long-Term Care podcast, Jocelyn Bogdan from Consumer Voice goes through the updated guidance and talks about what rights residents of nursing homes have.
