CMS COVID-19 Data for Nursing Homes including vaccination rates, COVID-19 cases and deaths for each nursing home

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) publishes information on COVID-19 reported by nursing homes to the CDC’s National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) COVID-19 Long Term Care Facility Module to their site Data.CMS.gov.  The data includes the percent of residents and staff vaccinated nationally as well as several other ways to view the data including: searching for a nursing home on a map; a list of vaccination rates for individual nursing homes; and charts showing vaccination rates by state.
