If you are registered to attend the 2025 Consumer Voice Conference in-person in Arlington, you do not need to purchase a ticket to attend the party. Your in-person conference registration includes admittance to the party.

If you are a spouse or other family member of someone attending the Consumer Voice Conference, you must purchase a ticket.

Some levels of conference sponsorship include tickets to the party. If you or your organization is a conference sponsor, check your sponsorship benefits or email kohearn@theconsumervoice.org first before purchasing additional tickets.

All others interested in attending the party are required to purchase a ticket.

• Party tickets are nonrefundable.
• Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
• The refund policy applies for registrants who cannot attend the event due to a positive COVID-19 test or other illness.
• The ticket fee will be nonrefundable in the event of cancellation of the event by Consumer Voice due to circumstances beyond the control of Consumer Voice.

Consumer Voice and its staff and sponsors accept no liability for the acts of any suppliers to this Conference. Consumer Voice reserves the right to cancel this function without liability. Consumer Voice reserves the right to admit and the right to exclude any person from the Conference, or refuse service to any attendee, at the sole discretion of Consumer Voice. Furthermore, Consumer Voice is under no obligation to provide an explanation for its actions but may do so at its own discretion.

By purchasing a ticket to the 50th Anniversary party or registering as an attendee of the 2025 Consumer Voice Conference, you hereby grant Consumer Voice the right and permission to use, publish and republish photographs, video or audio of you or images in which you may be included, in whole, part or composite, in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose; and to use your name in conjunction if Consumer Voice so chooses. By purchasing a ticket or registering for the conference you discharge Consumer Voice from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, images, or information.
