Webinar – Preparing for Your OAAPS Submission: Tips and Reminders

The National Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC) is hosting a National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS) and Older Americans Act Performance System (OAAPS) webinar for State Long-Term Care Ombudsmen and staff assisting with reporting on Thursday, December 12, 2024, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET. During the webinar speakers will give an overview of NORS and OAAPS along with advice and highlights of successes and lessons learned from prior years’ reports.

Audience: This webinar is intended for State Ombudsmen and staff assisting with NORS OAAPS reporting.
