2025 State Ombudsman Conference – Portland, ME
Each spring, NORC hosts the annual State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Conference, the only conference designed specifically for State Long-Term Care Ombudsmen. The conference is held in a different city and state each year.
The conference provides valuable opportunities for the 53 State Ombudsmen to come together and openly discuss issues unique to their role and responsibilities. The State Ombudsmen learn from each other in a focused setting, and hear presentations from federal officials, knowledgeable experts, and their peers.
