The Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel, a modern, highly-rated hotel, is located nearby a wealth of DC attractions including the Pentagon, National Landing, Arlington National Cemetery, Old Town Alexandria, and the historic Mount Vernon Trail.

A block of rooms is available for the special conference rate of $209/night plus taxes and fees. Conference registrants must make their own hotel reservations. Rooms are available at the block price until the block is full or until October 17, 2025, whichever happens first.

Discount for Groups of 5+

FAQs
How much of the conference is available to virtual attendees?
All plenaries and breakout sessions on Tuesday, November 4th and Wednesday, November 5th will be livestreamed and recorded. Conference events on Monday and Thursday are available to in-person attendees only.
Will sessions be recorded?
All plenaries and breakout sessions will be livestreamed and recorded. All conference attendees can watch recordings for 90 days after the conference.
How do I participate in the conference virtually?
Virtual registrants will receive instructions for how to log into the virtual conference platform, Whova, via email prior to the conference.
When is the first event of the conference?
Closed pre-conference meetings begin Monday, November 3rd. Consumer Voice members are invited to attend the Business and Membership Meeting on Monday. The conference opens to all in-person and virtual attendees on the morning of Tuesday, November 4th with a plenary.
How can I attend the 50th Anniversary party on Wednesday evening?
A registration to the in-person conference admits you to the 50th anniversary celebration on the evening of Wednesday, November 5th. Some tiers of conference sponsorship also include tickets to the party.
If you are not attending the full conference, or if your friend or family member would like to join you at the party, please purchase a party-only ticket here.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Register online and select the option to pay via invoice. You will be emailed an invoice, and payment can be made by mailed checks. Checks can be made out to Consumer Voice and mailed to 1025 Connecticut Ave. NW, Ste. 1000, Washington, DC 20036. Payment must be received before the first day of the conference.
How do I cancel my registration?
All cancellation requests for registration must be made in writing to aona@theconsumervoice.org. The cancellation policy applies to all cancellation requests, regardless of the reason for the request. A refund, minus a $100.00 processing fee, will be made for each request dated prior to October 24, 2025. No refunds will be issued after October 24th.
