Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies for 2024 Consumer Voice Conference

Payments

When paying by check, you still must complete the online registration form for all conference attendees.

Those paying by check will receive an invoice via email. Promptly print, sign, and return the invoice with your check.

2. Mail check payments to Consumer Voice, Attn: Annual Conference, 1025 Connecticut Ave. NW, Ste. 1000, Washington, DC 20036.

Confirm your billing department has our correct address before submitting your registration for payment.

  • Payment is due immediately upon receiving the invoice. All payments must be received by the start of the conference.
  • To pay via direct deposit, email aona@theconsumervoice.org.

Livestreaming Ticketing

  • Each conference ticket permits one individual to view live and recorded sessions.

Only one user per email address may be logged into the virtual conference at a time; one email address cannot be used simultaneously on multiple devices.

  • Conference attendees will have access to the conference recordings for 90 days after the end of the conference.
  • Livestreaming is provided for select sessions only.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellation requests for registration must be made in writing to aona@theconsumervoice.org. The cancellation policy applies to all cancellation requests, regardless of the reason for the request. A refund, minus a $100.00 processing fee, will be made for each request dated prior to September 13, 2024. No refunds will be issued after September 13th.
  • Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
  • Payments for add-on memberships and donations are nonrefundable.
  • The cancellation policy applies for registrants who cannot attend the conference due to a positive COVID-19 test or other illness.
  • The conference registration fee will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the meeting by Consumer Voice due to circumstances beyond their control.

Disclaimer of Liability

Consumer Voice and its staff, board, and sponsors accept no liability for the acts of any suppliers to this Conference. Consumer Voice reserves the right to cancel this function without liability. Consumer Voice reserves the right to admit and exclude any person from the Conference or refuse service to any attendee at their sole discretion. Furthermore, Consumer Voice is under no obligation to provide an explanation for its actions but may do so at their discretion.

Release for Use of Photographs and Recordings

By registering as an attendee of the 2024 Consumer Voice Conference, you hereby grant Consumer Voice the right and permission to use, publish, and republish photographs, video, or audio of you or images in which you may be included, in whole, part, or composite, in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose; and to use your name in conjunction if Consumer Voice so chooses. By registering for the conference, you discharge Consumer Voice from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, images, or information.
