The Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel, a modern, highly-rated hotel, is located nearby a wealth of DC attractions including the Pentagon, National Landing, Arlington National Cemetery, Old Town Alexandria, and the historic Mount Vernon Trail.

The hotel is easily accessible to Reagan National Airport (DCA) and the DC metro. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle services to the airport, Crystal City Metro Station, and the Pentagon.

50th Anniversary Celebration – Wednesday, November 5th

Join us on Wednesday evening during the conference for a celebration honoring Consumer Voice’s 50th Anniversary. Enjoy food, music, and memories as we toast five decades of impact and look ahead to the future!

Tickets are required to attend the 50th anniversary party, and all in-person registrations include admittance to the party. If you are interested in attending the party only, or if you are interested in bringing your spouse or other loved one to the party, purchase a party-only ticket here.

All plenaries and breakout sessions will be livestreamed and recorded!

Not able to join us in-person? Don’t miss a minute of the conference. We will livestream all session content on Tuesday and Wednesday. Monday and Thursday programming is only available to in-person attendees.

Plus, recordings will be available to all registrants for 90 days after the conference. That is over 35 hours of content!

Discounts and Groups

  • Individuals receiving long-term care are eligible for free registration. Email info@theconsumervoice.org for the discount code.
  • Consumer Voice Members are able to register for the conference at a reduced rate.
    • If you are an active member, simply choose the Consumer Voice Member ticket type on the registration form.
    • If you would like to add or renew your membership at the time of registration, choose the Consumer Voice Member ticket type then add-on a membership.
    • If you are unsure about your membership status, email csteier@theconsumervoice.org before registering.
  • Groups of 5 or more individuals are able to register for the conference at a reduced rate. To register as a group, email the names of the individuals in your group to csteier@theconsumervoice.org before registering.
