NORC and Consumer Voice are working with Indiana University School of Medicine to facilitate the National Involuntary Discharge Survey and Count. We hope you will work with your representatives to gather and report on the involuntary discharge notices they receive and whether anything else is known about the discharges besides that a notice was received. We hope the information we gather through the discharges count will help spotlight involuntary discharges and inform how we can address this issue at the local, state, and national levels.
