The FAIR Act has passed!

The FAIR Act has passed the House! This bill would end forced pre-dispute arbitration in contracts between consumers and corporations, including nursing homes and assisted living communities. Thank you to the members of the House who voted in favor of the Act, and thank you to all the advocates who contacted their Representatives!
